Return & Refund Policy 

At Desi Raunak, your satisfaction is our top priority. Please review our return and refund policy below:

Returns Accepted If:

  • The product is damaged, defective, not liked by the customer, or the wrong item was delivered.
  • You initiate the return within 2 days of delivery.
  • The item is unused, unwashed, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact.

Returns Not Accepted If:

  • Return request is raised after 2 days of delivery.
  • The product has been worn, washed, or used.
  • Tags or original packaging are missing.

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange allowed only for not liked by the customer, size issues, and subject to availability.
  • If the desired size is unavailable, a store credit or refund will be issued (as applicable).

Refund Policy

Refunds are processed if:

  • A damaged/defective/wrong product is received and cannot be exchanged.
  • Product is out of stock post-purchase.
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method.
  • For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be via store credit or UPI, as per customer preference.

Return Process

  • Send a request via email desiraunak25@gmail.com within 2 days of delivery.
  • Include your order ID and photos/videos showing the issue.
  • Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions. A reverse pickup will be arranged
